1. Please note that deleting your account is an irreversible action. Once you havesuccessfully deleted your account, you will not be able to retrieve any content, data, or records associated with the account, even if you download the app again on the samedevice.
2.By deleting your account, you voluntarily andactively relinquish all your personal profileinformation, interaction history with virtualpeople,membership benefits, and virtualassets such as diamonds. Please ensure thatyou have properly managed and secured yourcontent,information, and assets prior todeleting your account.
3.please be aware that if you are stillsubscribed to any services, we are unable toautomatically unsubscribe you during theaccount deletion process. Please make surethat you have cancelled the subscription in theGoogle Play Store or Apple App Store beforedeleting your account to avoid any potentialfinancial loss.
4.Special Notes:
After your account is successfully canceled, the virtual character status remains unchanged, the nickname will be occupied by the original account, if you need to shield please contact the administrator or editor in advance to deal with!
